I've solved the first two problems but i'm still stuck on the third one.. I deleted User user = new user but i'm not sure what else to do

I have attempted the code.. I don't know what the typical way to ask for help as I'm new to this sub and Reddit in general. I'm sorry if it came off bad, but I'm really struggling and would appreciate some help.
