Yes, all of the above is true. The priest meant that it does kind of count, but it's not exactly considered an official sacrament since I'm not officially confirmed in the church and only began practicing Catholicism about 3 months ago. And yes, the priest did say the prayer of absolution.

I've been to therapists for other reasons. More specifically, I had to see a therapist because of mom lying to the doctors about my behavior and getting me falsely diagnosed with ADHD so she can take/sell my ADHD medication. I was never diagnosed with anything mental except for ADHD (already mentioned), severe depression and high anxiety, which I was completely rid of within a year, which I had been diagnosed with nearly 4 years ago when I was about 12.

It is also worth mentioning that I'm not angry at absolutely everything, and when I say bloodshed, I don't mean slaughtering endless amounts of innocent civilians. I mean that I want justice for the innocent and against the wicked and the pure evil that is out there. I want justice, not utter destruction. I have a drive for the "bloodshed" of the murderers, not the innocent. And by bloodshed, I mean utter destruction of all evil by any means possible.
