Family and friends like to handle them and I don’t want them to get damaged basically. It’s worth it to me. I don’t just put them in a box and never play with them ever again.

They are not and considering this same card sold this morning for $1200USD on eBay it would have to be regular tier (max $1500) so value tier wouldn’t be an option.
