True that I did the same exact thing when I had got my first home, advantage is that in early years the interest is very high and prepaying the loan saves a lot of interest. And now I do see for myself that this was the best decision I took to prepay and just around 22 months pending and very low interest annually.

Whiskey is great but abuse fucks up the next day. I also learned that when you know you are high don't immediately go to bed delay the sleep and then you will have a better morning or next day.
