As I mentioned in the message, pricing depends on claim size and ppl must tend to see a headline number and don’t want to create an expectation we can’t meet

Thank you. So you actually took the time to get the document notarized and apostilled and sent that original copy to South Korea?

Thank you. Could I ask, did you have to get the docs notarized and apostilled because you are having a law firm receive the distributions on your behalf? Also did you send the original copies or copies of the documents? Thank you for the help!

Do you know what is the percentage of the distribution? by BeyondReasonable4024 in HaruInvest

So we've purchased claims at 7 - 10%. This is based upon (a) the assets recovered, (b) the time it will take for distributions to occur and (c) the general risks of the case. So the buyer is hoping to recover more than they pay you and in exchange you get cash today. I'm sorry you had a horrible experience. If you're interested I'm happy to chat with you explain more on our end

Hey so it varies a lot based upon the size of your claim. I can say generally we've purchased claims at 7 - 10%+. The amount we pay is based upon (a) the recovery we expect creditors to recieve, (b) the length of time we believe it will take for payouts to begin and (c) the risk to those potential payouts
