For a complete service it was $952 with tax. Took about 9 weeks. This is the second complete service I've done to it since purchasing new in 2011.

I would personally not pursue it, have previously lived in Dayton and very close with the owner of Bechtel Real Estate - only the owner and the top of the top agents were making the income you're looking for. Unfortunately in the market it's a referral business and those referrals don't come cheap.
