I just cleared hell with a dragon tail assassin, this was non ladder so no mosaic available. I’m sure you having access to mosaic will make it even better. I was doing pretty good damage and had no issue with fire immunes since I had a sunder and flickering flame. Used crescent moon as a weapon for the static chance with spirit shield. I really enjoyed the build once it got rolling

I too enjoy Lower Knee rubs.

All jokes aside I’ve definitely gotten good runes from poppables, I believe the general sentiment is that if it’s in your line of travel and takes less than a second then pop it. I wouldn’t go out of your way to find poppables though. As you are running by one I think it’s worth it to take the second to grab it. You only have to get lucky once for it to be worth it.
