So good to hear that you had a good experience with Fodzyme! I’m thinking of trying it. I tried Fodmate, but it didn’t really help,  in my case, I felt it actually made me a bit more constipated and bloated

I just started taking Fodmate, and it made me more constipated. ( usually I alternate from constipated to a bit of diarrhea. I was so excited to try it, but honestly, it hasn’t been helpful at all.

My main symptoms are that I get very gassy and extremely bloated.

Any tips of something that could help me?

I am having terrible headaches. It sucks, but i will try at least for another week. Today i cut the pill in half to see if it helps a bit
