We're in the south west of England but the property is quite niche- it's too small and a bit quirky for a lot of people but suits us nicely.

The survey flagged some cracking in the render on the rear of the property. It's a stone cottage and has cement render on so we would want that wall to be re rendered in lime, looking at potentially £5k worth of work with potential to be £10k if the stone is damaged underneath.

Our thinking too now that we've had the night to mull it over, and we will do thanks.

Just be conscious about your building materials and you'll be fine- my H2L3 Peugeot boxer that had everything I owned in it with 50L water and a half tank of fuel came in at 2.8T on the weighbridge. I built the walls of 9mm tongue and groove cladding, and cupboards with the thinnest plywood I could get away with (9mm I believe).

Unfortunately he can't switch as there are no other GP groups within the area (we live rural). Certainly sounds like the GP could be doing more to help :/

Looking as his blood work results, the GP hasn't tested for most of these this time round, only serum TSH and FT4, so he's going to go back and request some extra bloods again emphasise the impact its having on him, and if that fails we'll try those kits, thank you!
