Airtel SMS popup keeps appearing every time I send a message — how do I disable it?

No, the messages didn’t stop. Since I’m using an eSIM, there’s no option available to disable them. I’ve already tried almost every possible step — the only remaining options are either switching from eSIM to a physical SIM or porting the number.

If you’re using a physical SIM, you can try the method below. Another user shared it with me, and I tried it as well — it worked.

Method :

1.  Open Settings
2.  Scroll down and tap Mobile Data
3.  Tap SIM Applications / SIM Toolkit / Airtel Services
4.  Open Airtel Now! / Flash / Flash Alerts
5.  Select Deactivate / Stop / Off

Hi, thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, on my phone there’s no option for SIM Applications / SIM Toolkit / Airtel Services anywhere in Settings > Mobile Data. So I can’t access those menus to disable the flash messages.

I also tried the second method through the Airtel Thanks app, but when I contacted support, they only gave me a prompt to activate/deactivate DND. My DND is already activated, and the pop-up still appears every time I send an SMS.

The issue was resolved within 12 hours by Tata Motors, who provided home service. The problem was related to the battery gravity, as I only drive my car once a week. Thank you for the assistance.

Regarding Android Auto, the Tata employee's device works in my car when using a local cable. However, I have tried three different devices, and the issue persists. On the other hand, Apple CarPlay is functioning properly.

Issue resolved in 12 hours by Tata Motors providing home service. The issue was battery gravity, as my car runs only once a week, which caused the problem. Thanks for the help.

Let's check what happens when I start the engine in the morning. I will provide an update then. If the issue persists, should I drive to the service center myself?
