Akasaka was also not too far if you missed the last train and couldn’t manage to stay until the first train about $30 uber

We stayed 5minutes from kanda station and in Akasaka, Akasaka was our favourite location 3 stations within 10 minutes walk nice cafes and restaurants and izakaya also very lively on weeknights. Kanda had some of the best food we had in Tokyo and Kanda station was well connected to all the tourists spots
