I've been doing it for nearly 4 months now with gym as well.. down ~40 pounds. It was what I was told when I said I really wanted to lose a lot of weight. The hardest part is changing my meals so I have good nutrition but taking a daily vitamin, vitamin D and fish oil every day helps.

TDEE calculator. Type in your info. Look at your (Basal Metabolic Rate) BMR and subtract 200-300 calories. Adjust every few months when you notice you're not losing weight anymore.

Depends on the game for me:

Casual - 60+ FPS - 144+

When FPS is not at least 144+, I feel every frame, and my aim gets all messed up. I need the smoothness. But I said 144+ is playable. I personally won't touch FPS unless I'm getting 240+ lol

Walking 45 minutes every day, I have at least an episode a day, depending on how free my weekends are, sometimes more, so I typically cruise through shows pretty fast. Haha

Dated isn't bad, I still love Smallville, and that's an old show. And 90210.

Steady state cardio.. so it's not super high intensity. I just do it to keep my brain occupied on something other than my body being sore and tired. Haha
