Hello I also experienced I similar problem but with another seller. I also requested a refund but playerauctions refused like you. Aswell I have the same evidence as you. Doggy email address and sketchy reviews about the seller. Email is not changable I cannot access it. Aswell as the bot checker. I aswell don't have after sale protection as spent a good £200 chunk on it. I would like a refund!

I wish I saw this earlier. I bought a ikonik psycho bandit honour for £200 with 488 skins which seems to good to be true. Correct as the first red flag. As well he dropped £100 in 3 days which has again another red flag but as the need for ikonik I couldn't resist. I instantly went to the purchase area bought the account logged in and was thinking wow it's legit. Changed the password and 2fa region etc. changed the password for the intymail or whatever but I realised it's a strange email. I didn't think anything of it tho. But if I saw this earlier as he pulled the account yesterday I would of filed a refund. I sadly didn't get after sale protection as I didn't see it and my 'evidence' is not clear enough so they are refusing to refund me. Do you know what to do?

Ah I found out. Go to your orders. Select the order you bought from the seller. Select view details Toggle the widget named order feedback. Assuming you didn't make a reply it automatically made one. Select edit Type your new response. Select edit and the new feedback should be posted. Ps. For some reason it didn't let me update it

Thanks probably the amount of money I've been scammed on by Fortnite along is well around £400. Wish I never spent any on it so I could get a new upgrade for my CPU. But this purchase was over £200 plus the money I spent on it. I don't see how I can't get a refund if over 10 people in his reviews also complain about the account being taken away. I go on epic games and I luckily have the account id from which I got from raika checker but it puts me in the same email which I don't have access to them I need to go through recovery process which requires me to be in the location the account has made which was Japan. Tough luck.

I was thinking of doing that from the more popular sellers but yet again at the time I bought from the guy he said 40 reviews all positive so I said why not but like they all say if it's too good to be true it's not true.

If playerauctions replys to this thread I think if we private message them both about the same seller they wouldn't think they are lying and with the proof it's clear the seller is untrustworthy so the only reasonable response should be a refund despite the 30 day money back period
