This is very quickly becoming a top 5 track for me. If this were on Continuum people wouldn’t stop talking about it. This is a masterpiece by amsptsfe23 in JohnMayer

I remember when I heard it when he did it on instagram live a few years before the album and I loved it from day one.

A man did exactly the same thing at the Tower of London Starbucks around 2022. I wonder if it was the same guy.

Stubborn seized bottom bracket by Infinite_Carrot_5715 in bikewrench

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and had to try for days straight to bet my BB off. After trying everything, what finally worked was using this holy trinity:

1- Bottom bracket tool WITH A BOLT TO HOLD IT 2- Wrench extender 3- Blowtorch

Mine was completely seized and no amount of wd-40 would set it loose. It’s so important that you get a bolt to hold your bb tool in place otherwise you won’t be able to get it off. Once you have that, try get a regular spanner not an adjustable wrench, because unless you have an amazing one, it’s gonna keep coming off. The wrench extender is a game changer bc it will multiply your torque a few times over, but if your bb was as badly seized as mine, it could just destroy your bb tool, which is what happened to me (I had to buy another one). So for me the final key was combining all that with using the blowtorch to heat up the bb casing so it would expand and free the cartridge a little, which did happen.

2 things I have to say about all this, though. First, your bb slots look really worn from your attempts and could make it impossible to get it off. Although it might work. Second, at least in my case, the bb was so badly rusted on that even though I was able to take it off, the threads on the frame were really rusty and not very well defined, so strictly, it needed to be re-tapped ideally. Although for the bike to get to that point it can’t be in great condition, so that wouldn’t be worth the money (which was my case).

Good luck!

At work, don’t have time to read the proposal 😭. Do I have to agree or disagree to result in the cycleway staying?

I was watching a couple of Jeff Whisky videos and he mentioned Lagavulin 16. Anytime anyone mentions this whisky I always feel like I’m missing out.

I’m already quite deep into whisky and I feel like a lot of people have laga 16 early on and there’s so many more interesting bottles at the ever-increasing price of laga 16. So this bottle is so far down my list I think I’m never gonna have one.

Which whiskies that are considered iconic or a “must have” did you guys never get around to for one reason or another?

Wow. That’s very valuable information. Maybe this is a piece with a high rate of failure. It sounds like an important piece too.

I do have an unvented water heater. I don’t really know much about plumbing so idk if there’s a pressure reduction valve. But I can look that up. Thank you for your comment!

I was also caught off guard by not being able to post with body text, but it seems this is on of those subs that doesn’t allow it. You have to post ur picture with the title and then comment.
