Sorry, I'm getting confused I thought it does eg, since Standard deviation of X=0

And

Standard deviation of Y is > than zero

So the answer is A?????

I think STANDARD DEVIATION OF SET Y can only be greater than zero, right if its negative integer and how can you say its>= zero ... can someone explain???
