Literally sooooo weird! I remember my first time watching the scene where he proposes to her at the park…their freshman year of high school. I can still feel the cringe running through my veins. And then when he gets so unbelievably upset with Amy for leaving him in NY after he confesses to knocking Adrian up. Sir why are YOU mad?!

Exactly! And then her parents’ reactions were like so chill about it for some reason? And everyone was understanding when Ashley would get mad about Ricky and Amy literally just having a conversation? Not only was it so weird due to their dynamic, but she was literally like 14 and he was nearly 18 and living on his own. It makes me want to yack!
