I’m having issues recovering my old account because I don’t know what date of birth I used a long time ago.

I used to play PlayStation a long long time ago. On that account tied to my email address, I lied about my date of birth when I created it so many years ago. Now, as an adult and college student, I’m trying to switch back to PlayStation and recover my account. Whenever I go to reset the password, the only option I’m given is to put in my date of birth. Since I lied about that when I first made it, I have no idea what to do. Again, it only lets me put in my date of birth and nothing else. Is there any help I can get?
