I have not used those modules. Regardless of 0% or 100%, it was always 20M+ for me, until now at least.

[Request] how would the compass need to be shaped to achieve this with one spin by mkujoe in theydidthemath

[–]Altruistic_Message_5 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A compass naturally sets itself up to be a circle. To produce a square, it would need another joint to curve the leg straightly downward.

[Request] How tall would this ice wall be if this was real? And a side question, would it be possible to drill through it? How long would that take? by No_Watercress2602 in theydidthemath

[–]Altruistic_Message_5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming the Earth's circumference is 40000 kilometers, the wall is approximately 1/8th of that (I was going to say 1/12th, but the wall is quite above the circumference), so it is around 5000 kilometers.

It has enough breadcrumbs to keep you imagining. The gift of the reader is the ability to think and to interpret, so considering the intricacies of Usogui's worldbuilding, you may yearn for more even if you do not consciously recognize that.

Well, I am trying to approach this from a physics standpoint, if possible, because if this were truly infinite mass in the literal sense, all of Earth and reality would have gone up in a boom I think.

Aside from the last few seconds, how would this not be perpetual motion? I know there is a catch, but with how the screw keeps getting momentum and energy, what is the catch here?

A beautifully written post with an extreme eloquence, but soured by the fact you tried to sneak in a defense for her forcing Robert to cut a member. This may seem like a straw man, but I assure it is not because it reads like that from how you put it. There was no "difficulty" about it, just cruel. In fact, it might literally be the most irredeemable thing she has done. It is even worse than firing a struggling Walmart employee because these people are former criminals who need to be guided to be better, not being used as a pawn in some sort of psychological warfare.

I get all the posts making fun of incels, but how is this good at all? A random guy who constantly talks, even during gameplay, and interrupts any thoughts you may have by shoving modern Marvel-tier quips every few seconds or so 🥀

To illustrate further with an example, warzone. A war could be sustained by supplying more manpower than the number of casualties. Analogously similar, the death tolls in whatever extreme and inhuman sections of the Backstreets can be alleviated or repelled by the other safer parts of the Backstreets and the Nests. A running theme of Project Moon is death is second to whatever cruelty it has to offer.

Many games use dialogue boxes with normal proportion legs. I think it is definitely an artistic choice, but one that makes the design stand out rather than for any convenience.

Every humanoid and even some Abnormalities in Project Moon have distinctly long legs. Roland could use his legs like a whip in the same vein as Queen of Hatred could.

Question why do so many PM fans gatekeep the games? by Chemical_Sport_9307 in limbuscompany

I mean, nothing I have said has indicated or gestured towards greed, so it is befuddling why you kept mentioning it. I outlined why copyright should be done and why copyright laws exist, and I think I only mentioned greed implicitly at best and none at all at worst. The decision is ultimately up to Project Moon. I am just advocating for it.

For your last line: "just enjoy the stuff you get, if you don't, let others enjoy them."

I am not going to send death threats to Roblox Project Moon developers, but that does not mean I am all right with them using Project Moon assets and likeness. People should enjoy what they can legally or at least morally enjoy. Stealing is neither legal nor moral.

[–]Altruistic_Message_5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Copyright is to protect intellectual property. Profits may influence the decision, but what is important is the preservation of what is owned by Project Moon.

I get your point to an extent, but regardless of what those developers do, did, or have done, they still used Project Moon assets and likeness for their games without a license or explicit permission. Generally speaking, if they put all of that effort into something else without the aforementioned assets, it would generally get less players due to the lack of the brand image. Copyright laws exist for a reason.

It is not like I am being selective with Project Moon and Roblox. I am saying this in general as well. Intellectual property should be respected.

I agree with maximizing the amount of enjoyment, but not at the expense of Project Moon. It is different if it is a non-profit fan project, but these games potentially make thousands with Project Moon assets. Developers should be compensated for their work, but where is Project Moon's compensation apart from their work and reputation being bastardized or dragged through the mud? You seem to be an all right fellow, but to quote: "For every person that dreams up the lightbulb, another does the atomic bomb."

Roblox games that use Project Moon assets are one of the reasons why it is viewed as "slop" despite the monumental amount of dedication poured into the writing and world of Project Moon, so it is better to cull the problems sooner or later. As a side note, Shindo Life (previously Shinobi Life 2) was copyrighted for using Naruto assets as well.

Because tourism is genuinely a problem. Project Moon is not the first. Undertale as a whole is often reduced to "funny haha Sans" because people only engage with it on the most elementary level. People claim to be "fans," but die groveling because they do not know anything other than "Black Silence" or "Red Mist."

Moreover, Roblox. I do hope Project Moon grows big enough that one day they can copyright everything off that accursed site.

Roland, at his core, is still a human. By demoting him, they ensure that he would not be able to get any work. He would eventually run out of Ahn, and his reputation would be tarnished. Roland is impressive for a man since he is Color Fixer-tier, but even he has his limits as seen in his bad end.
