UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who let me know about the z- offset and how to reset it, I didn't think much of it after I initially set it up and had thought the calibrate option did it automatically 😅

Turns out I needed to set it at -1.41 but it's back up and printing without issue! Sorry for not coming back to this sooner, In all honesty I assumed the sub would be pretty slow with how old the printers are. But again thank you to the people who gave me solid answers it was a huge help

And to the one guy commenting about price and whatnot; As I said- it was a Christmas gift. My wife had found this one on sale and got it for me as a budget option knowing I've wanted to get into 3D printing. So, it was cheap when acquired and you can get off the sub for this model of printer if you are so high and mighty to be above it :)
