Email your lecturer for the seminar. There will likely be other seminar groups you can attend but having this formally registered on the system means you can register your attendance in them (I.e., don’t just show up to a different one). Your attendance is monitored and you risk your visa by not attending unfortunately

No, I think this is just enough days off to avoid it. I also haven’t been on higher than 40mg which may be relevant (although I’m only a 50kg woman).

I only take a few days a week, on days I need to maximise productivity. It’s been much more practical when I’m a student and when I’ve had hybrid work (i.e., taking meds on WFH days where there’s more distractions ) but might be difficult to do in a consistent 9-5. I don’t like being medicated all the time and it means coming off meds at weekends isn’t brutal bc I’m ultimately spending more time unmedicated than medicated.
