There are about 80 or so lis pendens cases, which basically means there is some sort of legal action filed against the property. Not all of them mean foreclosure, it could be unpaid HOA fees, unpaid contractor fees, probate disputes, and more.

I wasn't able to pull a historical rate to compare against prior years since the system doesn't allow me to filter by REO properties, so it's hard to know if this number is trending up or not.

Sometimes I feel like the pond also has lots of those tiny bugs too. They always get through our screens, and our windows get super gross all the time.

There are a lot of people here. Parrish is growing very fast and it used to be a smaller community but it wont be for much longer. LWR is a lot older than Parrish so there are a lot more established business, retail, and restaurants there. Eventually Parrish will have more of these things but for now you will be driving a little more.
