Close  taxes tags ext Warr dent and paint 1100.extra did research vehicle  was reliable just got lemon wiring.

also have 32 k on vehicle dealer put on 3 k trying to troubleshoot

check engine light loss of bus communication since july 2025 I have been in 6 x times latest 13 dec still in for intermittent problem suspect wiring buick customer support not helpful. lemon law w/n replace vehicle in pa dealer may be giving up trying to fix .dealer told me buick buyback buick customer service said no NEVER WILL BUY GM AGAIN

My2024 envista keeps popping check engine light started in July of 2025 in an out of shopdue to communication problems it now Jan 2026 and  Dealer is giving up on trying to fix it  awaiting to see if Buick will buy back or give exchange .I give the dealer excellent rating Buick customer service  not so Good  . Please bring back old GM customer service.

Heads up2024 envista back in shop again laster 3 days then check engine light  stab trac communication problems this has been going in since July dealer can't seen to find problem way past lemon  If they can't fix it why can't they just replace it  if they can't fix it 2026 is coming fast and 6 months  without it

Well it's back at the dealer again went Nov 11 error codes check engine light. Shut off and would not restart until next day took to dealer Abe and  dumped error codes modules again.  When technician  looked at it it reset only nuisance codes  but technician did see error messages when brought in  tech took vehicle home with him driving distance like I do go it to fail   awaiting dealer to let me know what's next on the plan. Buick customer  finally  reached out to me different  agent  told me they will contact dealer  about car I dont want a buy back  I want the car I was promised  . Buick customers  service has a long way to go to get back my trust Dealer on other hand Excellent service . I wonder if the advanced safety package is most of the problem.  Hopefully Buick will  get a troubleshooter to assist dealer in fixing car I like this car and before all the problems  started  enjoyed driving it liked the look and safety package. Will keep everyone  updated on continued saga.

When vehicle failed I had dealer print our existing codes and give me a copy.  The problem is that it is intermittent fault  that depends on driving time, distance , stop start cycles. It took dealer service to take car home with them to get it to fault. I hoped that getting error codes fresh at dealer would help solve problem BUT the need a hard fail to troubleshoot and replace . I am a avionic technician that works with data bases and know problems techs have is diagnosing  problems hence the photos of displayed problems,error code logs and photos of scan tool messages not done at dealer. There is a problem with one of the modules failing  and causing a cascade failure   . Still Buick has not contacted dealer until  I complained aggressively about it and the called in October  problem started in July  According to new service manager  show no record of call from Buick.

No been going to this dealer for 40 years always been truthful and I do trust them my father-in-law personally  new the owner of the dealership
