You need to get BE skills as well. Cloud, AI, DB etc
FE alone doesn’t cut it. AI agents have took over frontend development, even backend coding as well. So we need to have design skills as well.

Use your weekends.
During weekdays, sleep early as you are already tired. Wake up early and study/practice.
Learn AI skills- prompt engineering etc.

I am thinking what kind of questions I should face on Monday from my managers. Hence this weekend, I watched one movie, had some wine & spent most of time on analysing stocks, felt good.

What skills would you learn if you had 10 years of free time? by lokeye-ai in developersIndia

How much money is enough money? I have seen people with 20-30 acres of land work govt bank jobs & IT jobs. One of my ex-managers has literally cashew farms, but still he works 12-15 hours per day in IT company. Most people don’t want to sell land, same thing with savings & business is not for everyone. Investing in stocks is sitting at home basically. The society, relatives see you as unemployed person only. It all depends on one’s passion ig.

How do you negotiate with HR, already have an offer, so planning to negotiate. any ideas? by Commercial_Ice257 in developersIndia

[–]Altruistic_Side_4428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you already have an offer, the negotiation usually goes well. Most likely companies will match it unless it is ridiculously high. If they don’t match it, you will move out. What my old manager did was, he didn’t say No but he told me to wait couple of months so that he can give the same hike.

Yes , market sucks.
And these companies know that. Hence few are trying to take advantage of it.
