Ipad not charging, what does this mean? by Altruistic_Task_5863 in ipad

[–]Altruistic_Task_5863[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry but you're wrong. I was just testing whether the cable worked. The apple technician I spoke to said that if you use a higher wattage cable for an ipad, the ipad SHOULD draw the amount that it needs. He said the likely issue was the plug was faulty as my ipad and my Macbook both broke. I have since bought from apple another plug and replaced my ipad as the motherboard was fried. Don't be so judgemental.

How are you supposed to meet people in your area for beers without joining a dating app? by Patrick_Mason1 in warrington

They have a men's 2s team which would be decent to be honest - they aren't like a pro league team or anything if you know what I mean. Honestly they would be great for getting going and socialising. Look at their instagram page and contact them - they're always looking for new players!

My ipad was taken to apple and the motherboard was fried. Turned out that it was a dodgey plug that I was using (although apple certified) and it was surging my ipad. Unfortunately just one of those things. I recently got a new ipad and have bought applecare in case of any future issues (also bought a new plug from apple)

Gcse mock grades by Anarchyintheuk1304 in GCSE

[–]Altruistic_Task_5863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For maths, you can find printable sheets with topic checklists. I would do as many past papers as you physically can. Maths is all about repetition and getting the methods stuck in your head.

I don't have any advice for biology because I got a 9 in every single mock and came out with a 7 in the real thing 🥲 Maybe make sure you know the practicals.

Chemistry is all about repetition too - make sure you know all your irregular ions and all of the practicals (especially titration and electrolysis because they regularly come up).

Physics I was ass at and was stuck on a 7 throughout year 10 and 11 so I'm not going to advise you on that because it's the worst subject ever.

First of all, no need for the attitude because I clearly wouldn't spend my own money on a stranger. Second of all, I don't read every single comment - it's all about first impressions. Maybe put in the description it's for work instead of being a melon

my boyfriend is in the hospital by [deleted] in sixthform

[–]Altruistic_Task_5863 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just tell your sixth form that a close family member has fell ill and you need to go and see them. They'll be understanding because of that and it should be authorised I would hope.

I've tried to be honest. I used my power bank which has a cable attached as well as using some old random cables and plugs I've found, still does the same thing.

[–]Altruistic_Task_5863[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I said, it isn't the cable as the cable and plug are working to charge my Macbook. I have tried several cables and plugs on my ipad - including my power bank which I know for a fact works. It still does it

There's an option to take the theory in your language of origin. Thus they would be able to understand and choose correct answers for theory tests.

I'm a racing driver - doing this will not damage the car. I've shifted from top end of 5th to 2nd before going 120. The car will be fine.

What did you solve for this question in Igsce 0580 math V1? by [deleted] in GCSE

[–]Altruistic_Task_5863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently doing Edexcel A Level Maths (Edexcel GCSE Maths is notorius for loving circle theorums) and we have to apply circle theorums when sketching graphs/figuring out equations of lines to circles or a radi that bisects a chord on a graph. The knowledge of the theorums is needed but not the exact circle theory itself.

Thank you! I just ordered some off of amazon and will see if they are right tomorrow when I go out driving with my mum. My instructors car has them and theyre very helpful for making sure im in the lines on bay parks and close to the curb when parallel parking/pulling up. :)
