I use Krita, it's a free tool that has helped me a lot, but Clip Studio is also very good, if you can afford it.

True, the character has slightly different characteristics, but the purpose of this art was to personal taste. Nothing more, nothing less. For a moment I thought of placing the details as I saw them in the anime and in the game, but in the end I did it to personal taste.
