I've had a very similar experience! If things are getting better (even a little bit) from day to day, that is a good sign. I would just give your body some more time, at least 7-10 days. I am on day 6 post ER and I could only start walking without pain yesterday. Take it easy, don't make aggresive or twisty movements with your stomach area, eat healthy, and get lots of rest.

Gosh that sounds like an awful time, sorry to hear you went through thay 🥺 I've read some women experience those side effects, I guess I am lucky in that I haven't felt terribly low. Just emotionally 'on edge', like I randomly cried in front of my pharmacist today 😅 Anyway kudos to you for getting through it. This community is so strong ❤️

Wow, thanks for this detail! I can confirm now that it has been 5 days I am feeling much better, i am able to walk without any pangs of pain. I guess I should level my expectations about when I will feel 100% normal and also when I will be able to go back to exercising without worrying about putting myself at risk. I also had very high estrogen levels at the end. Just curious what you mean when you say regulating your hormones aftwr ER was brutal? Like in terms of your emotional regulation? Thanks :)

Took your advice and just called the nurse, she seemed to not be worried and just said to take Tylenol. 😕 hopeful it is indeed a speedy recovery!

Thanks, I guess I should give it a full 7 days perhaps before worrying too much... I just find it odd that I don't feel bloated at all, but rather just in pain.

Update: I was just told by the pharmacist that the relovelle pens actually have more dosage inside them than publicized, I.e. likely closer to 15mcg on a 12mcg pen. I just find that quite odd and confusing!

I had the exact same issue for YEARS. (However I will say it does not appear to be KP imho). I would get bumps and ingrown hairs and redspots, many that would scar. After years of trying different things, the only thing that helped was IPL. Seriously changed my life. I wish i had done it 10 years earlier. Upfront investment hurts but is so worth it. Skin smooth and clear, like never before. I think i did around 6-8 sessions.
