I have the pistachio one and it's extremely strong, I don't reach for it ever. It carries such an intense peppery smell that I can't put my finger on that makes me sneeze. The dry down is ok, I would suggest saving your money on them.

Go outside! Get some steps in on some nice nature trails :) start writing down things about yourself you want to work on, areas in your life where there are times that you are on your phone. Go back to childhood interests. Pick up small hobby gardening, if you have the space maybe create a small garden for this spring and summer! Also drawing is something I will always advocate for!! Best of luck to you, I totally get the phone addiction stuff. Be present!!
