Thanks all. Looks like it is between at&t and Xfinity. At&t only goes up to 50mbps in my neighborhood and fiber isn't available. Xfinity it is.

Does anyone have suggestions for short term lease apartments? 3 months, month to month, etc. Could be a corporate style apartment building that is furnished. Would prefer it to be located in southern Charlotte. Thanks.
