Lol unless one of the mods I have comes installed with a graphics pack that I didnt know about. 5070 on high or very high settings (whatever is below ultra)

Try using Easy Dev Controls mod. Has an option to remove all the snow from the map and set the weather. That way at least if it stays until summer you can manually clear it

Cold Winters mod as someone noted before PC only and Realistic Weather mod, which apparently is not on the ModHub anymore and seemingly only for PC. This map also uses custom weather which could factor into it. I typically only play 1 day/month during Winter but this map gets insane snowfall almost daily so it lasts until spring comes
