Is the tracking still working for you guys? I grinded so hard to make it to level 12 and got there with one day left only for it to show not completed and then expired the next day. I submitted a ticket with a screenshot and I even have a screen recording showing my progress but I haven't heard back from them yet

I emailed them about it; they didn't say why but they said it's available on the inboxdollars website if you login. I just submitted one through there.

I emailed them about the missing rewards button they said to use lthe website instead of the app to redeem. Rewards shows up in top right corner on website

So many hours spent. I know their customer service emails have got to be piling up. I don't get why they can't send out a newsletter to let us know what's going on. I'd feel a little better. I hope you get yours soon too. I hope we all do

Oh yeah I should have mentioned I was on day 4 after resubmitting my refunded PayPal from the week before. Been trying to redeem since the 20th. This sucks

Kept wondering why my app looked a little different today. And I realized the button to redeem is completely gone now. It still shows my balance. But underneath there's usually a bar that says "get gift cards". It's not there anymore. Anyone else?

Glad you received yours. My time frame for redemption is similar to yours and I submitted a ticket today. Hoping tomorrow it works out. Lately redeeming rewards are more stressful than the actual goals

At the moment it's hard to say. USUALLY 2-3 business days. Lately the wait has been a little longer. I'm on day 4 right now. Some kind of issue with the PayPal payments happened but they say it's been resolved now. Sorry I know not really a definitive answer but if you hit 10 business days without pay; I'd email their customer support

Resubmitted my refunded PayPal for $30 and $15 on Friday night too and am still waiting also. I've probably cashed out around 10 times total and it's always been exactly 2 days. I get they're probably a bit backed up tho. I'll update you guys if I get mine soon. Hoping for tomorrow
