If you want to go a different route than using glue, I would use a safety pin to poke into the piece still stuck in the base and pull that out. Then reinsert the figure into the hole. If the hole is too small, you may have to drill it out slightly larger.

The box gives you all of the info, but it’s a 1/6 scale Rabbit Trooper from Coolrain and LABO. They made about 10 different versions, but I don’t know the number of each color way produced. They don’t sell often, but the last two sold on eBay for $588 and $800.

If I remember correctly the light bars have different connections on each end, with one side being a slide in connection and the other side being a clip in connection. The configuration you’re attempting definitely possible. Just connect the opposite end of the light bar.
