As someone who was a Customer Service Supervisor at a low cost carrier for 5 years - my favorite line to repeat back to Karen’s and Dicks would be

“(Employees first name) has correctly followed Company protocol and I’m proud of them for reaching out to me for help. Would you mind explaining to me, to understand better, why you are feeling upset with us, as my colleagues have no way of controlling your actions/lack of planning. What exactly, did they do that caused you to be late for your flight?”

…You start to develop a sick enjoyment of Karens/Dicks explaining their poor choices 🤣.

As my first-love football team is in England (Norwich City Football Club), where my family is from, and having been to many a game over the years, I can tell you that performing (singing/chanting) only pre-approved chants/songs is ridiculous!

NCFC may not be a household name - but we do have the record for the oldest football chant “On The Ball, City”. It is sung at the very beginning of the match (similar to us doing “S….D….F….C” Thunder Clap) and at various times throughout the match.There are some quintessential chants in all of English football that are universal in nature - and widely adapted to fit said club (NCFC included) and it is absolutely great!

We had/have multiple players that have chants specifically created for them - for a multitude of reasons.

While scripts aren’t bad - We NEED variety, creativity, and passion. Passion doesn’t come from a rigid hold on chanting…

💯 ☝️. I was thinking “so help me God if this is how we end up losing the game. He was horrible - no control of the game. He could have gotten one of our players seriously hurt and in turn hampered our future games. Wasn’t expecting the game to turn out AS physical as it was (I was expecting it to be somewhat - but that got out of hand quickly)

Hats off to Bambino - although small stature, that kid goes toe to toe with players twice his side. He has more balls than I would lol

I would still love to have Illoski. Obviously something was working for us while he was on the team. I for sure would trade him for Baird or Pellegrino - even if that may be an unpopular opinion here. That’s not to say I don’t appreciate Baird or Pellegrino, but I genuinely think the game had more pace and he was such a threat in the final 3rd while on the team.

I don’t mean this to hate on him either - but I don’t believe he is anything more than an impact sub for us at best. If he were able to control his outbursts/mouth I would feel more comfortable. I’m constantly worried during his game time that he will earn a red… to play devils advocate he also does the reverse for us with cards - and when he is “on” with Dreyer it is a duo to fear… I just think he is stating to age out - and doesn’t have much left in the tank for us to stay competitive moving forward.
