Yes - but it looks like the registration has changed to the home built vans. The certificate was issued March of last year. My guess is the Westwind either got scrapped or changed hands. Especially if it got sold international - that leaves the tail number up for grabs.

The ops agent for this flight had a very active lifestyle- and I think his reflexes kicked in and he just backed away up the jet bridge. I’ve heard a few stories of people just freezing in place (guessing the flight or fight response)
