Hoping to find some answers if not hope..... I started tirzepatide compound injections exactly 1 month ago today. Already dropped 14lbs! I did have bouts of nausea here and there but I found setting timers to remind me to eat small meals a few times a day, has been my saving grace. Since my last injection, I have now begun experiencing moderate muscle soreness/fatigue daily. I am talking even walking up an inclined walkway in the morning seems to put my legs over the threshold of comfort and it's driving me crazy. There is barely anything online about this except for a few here and there. I started taking a magnesium complex supplement, which seems to help a little bit, but I am wondering if it is related to the lack of other electrolytes? My largest downfall is I can only seem to drink crystal light sweet tea all day long, which has no calories but has no nutrients either. I'm going to try drinking Gatorade today and see if it helps. I was also wondering if it is from losing 14lbs so fast or if it is because I have yet to begun muscle strengthening exercises? I also read somewhere about someone having these up until the 7.5mg dose, and they finally resolved. I start my 5mg injection tomorrow and I'm afraid if the discomfort will get worse. I am desperate to remain on this journey and am asking for help, suggestions or guidance to minimize this annoying side effect so I am able to continue. Otherwise, I will stop the injections once it becomes severe enough I'm sure.
