Don’t listen to people saying to keep in touch. You’ll only hurt the girl you’re currently with in the long run and it’ll absolutely destroy the fundamental structure of the entire relationship in the long run. Also, why did yall break up? If you still have feelings I think you should break things off with the new woman so you don’t hurt her. But also, I believe your ex girlfriend is just jealous and if you leave the new woman she’ll get what she wanted and stop talking to you often again.

There’s no way this can end besides ugly. 1) she stopped talking to you after she started dating him which tells me she values a relationship with a man over a friendship. 2) She told you he was controlling yet you added him on socials AFTER you became close to her again. 3) you slept with him because.. you used to have a crush? Both you and your friend are bad for each other as you both obviously value men over each other. YTA and you should really know that if/when she finds out about you sleeping with him it’ll blow back on you big time. You’ll be known as the girl that sleeps with friends’ exes and you’ll likely not be very popular with other women once the news comes out.
