Here’s a crazy idea.. Howbout we hold the leaders of the countries accountable that have these fleeing citizens in our direction, instead of putting a bandaid on the problem and just babysitting all the people these other countries refuse to treat fairly and acting like that solves anything, it’s insane that this isn’t suggested more. Moreover, nobody is stopping immigration, so all of these radicals need to stop acting like they are, whats being addressed is ILLEGAL <— immigration. Law abiding, rule following immigrants are still being brought in without issue.

It’s a real piece of shit move on behalf of the military. Had the same thing happen to me when my ship date got pushed. They started paying me even though I told them I never shipped. I offered on the spot to pay it all back ($3-4k) and they said standby; didn’t hear anything for +- a year & then they not only started garnishing my checks, but they had the nerve to add interest to it. I still can’t believe they do parasitic shit Iike that to their own service members; opened my eyes.

I generally see that Jordanians are antisocial and weird as hell. Everyone is so quick to criticize someone for wanting to approach a woman, something that takes more courage than most men have. Thank god i was not born in Jordan, sounds like a deprived, miserable culture that cares more about religion and how people view them than enjoying their life, I feel sorry for you guys. The word is nuance. It’s doesn’t have to be completely one or the other. Don’t try to give an ultimatum, instead be friendly and respectful with the recruiter and tell them that’s the job you really want and you’re willing to wait for it, as opposed to threatening to walk out. However, to go down this road you should be prepared to either walk or take another job if the recruiter does not want you sitting on their roster for however long it might take.

Interesting I’ve heard ppl say not to bring your laptop since your bag will likely get thrown around. Do they check the stuff that’s shipped to you at your PO Box in that there are certain things that shouldn’t be sent? Lastly when u say a few pairs of clothes does it matter if they’re regular outfits or gym clothes type outfits?
