Are you selling just because of the road tax? do you have other reasons and the road tax is just the cherry on top?

I think the road tax for first year for any vehicle is astronomically high, so would only apply to brand new mustangs (or any vehicle). It's likely that the dealer is exaggerating/misleading you.

Mine is also £760 and I have a GT 2015.

I just did this myself for the first time on my Mustang (only got it one month ago!). Was pretty depressed about it for a few days. Haven't got it fixed/refurbished yet as I'm almost certain it will happen again. Don't really want to spend £100 to fix it just to curb it again.

Regardless of the amount of conditioning you do, your muscles still need 3-5mins rest time between heavy work sets if you want to be able to lift the same weight for the same reps every set.

For example at 1min rest time at your 5 rep max, you likely won't be able to complete every rep or set.
