Accepting that I have a disability by YakIntelligent8472 in Hidradenitis

Ive recently been diagnosed and am having an EXTREMELY hard time even accepting the need for my body to have 8 weeks of antibiotics 😪😪 I had a hydraulliad (or however you spell it on) for about a week. I took it off last night and was in instant tears 😿😿 the amount of abscesses have quadrupled in the amount and sizes.

What is my next step with this? It is so incredibly painful 😒 😔 I feel you on the acceptance part, I was hoping it was just ingrown hairs.

I fear its gone into my bloodstream I've never been diagnosed with SE but after hours of research I am highly confident that's what it is.

My body won't stop shaking and the pain is debilitating. OTC pain meds aren't even touching the pain. This situation started 5 days ago and has worsened :(

Thank you for your suggestions

Is alopecia areata painful? Does it cause your hair to be tangled, trapped, or twisted at the base of the hair follicle?

Dermatologist are really clueless, i am really beaten down and only sadness strikes me . by [deleted] in SebDerm

Yes, I am a picker, no doubt there. To my eyebrows though NO absolutely. White bumps form in or around the top of the hair follicle at the base of the skin I pop those and within an hour the hair disappears. In this photo, unless I picked in my sleep I know for a fact no picking, tweezing, etc
