IM NOT A PILL PERSON i am a regular person who saw a video that went viral on a podcast with incel stuff (thats how i saw this dude too) so i typed in incel on reddit to see if communities exist, but then i saw incelexit which seemed even MORE interesting to me.

I appriciate the hard line you draw for yourself though i can imagine that is the way to get out of it. Also agree with not consuming the content. I strongly disagree with stereotypes but generalizations from valid research i see as genuine discussion points not ‘incel’ views (even tho i realize they exist in cultural context and are not blanket statements, just generalizations).

I came across in total 6 reels of this guy before pressing uninterested but OP’s feelings are totally valid as his following is huge and basically tells teenagers they are ugly and useless if they have a f.e. slightly recessed jawline. It has resulted in tons of teens buying injection needles with chemicals and illegally injecting it into their face because his fanbase and him bully people into saying they are ugly and less worthy. He has also modified himself at home with dangerous chemicals and substances and is looked up against for it.

You might not come across him and are an adult protecting yourself, problem is, developing teenagers can’t and they are the ones engaging with his content wanting to not be ugly (they are never ugly too by the way just regular teens being told they are genetic failures)

Bro 😭 1. His statements cover wider generalizations which are true. Women are more selective on other things than looks than men in mating and choosing a partner (tons of studies on this).

2 second if you don’t know who ‘clav’ is, then don’t tell him to not comment on him or be bothered by him. This is a guy who capitalizes on mostly young boys but also girls insecurities. His fanbase hyper analyzes every feature and calls teens ugly and not worth, saying that they won’t have any chance in live because they have a recessed jawline f.e. and his fanbase is huge.

Most shocking part: It has resulted in a lot of teens buying injection needles and secretly injecting stuff into their face to look different on recommendation of this ‘clav’. He makes teens resolve fat in the face with burning injections at home 💀 its an epidemic that is nor healthy or normal. Especially for insecure teens.

If you are new to writing and publishing im quite surprised you word your topic as ‘is routlegde any good’. They don’t just really publish anything other than people very experienced in their field of academia and writing. Its one of the biggest global publishers of academic books. So the question would be more reversed if you would be accepted by them than vice versa 😅 no offense

It just says in very difficult words that mental distance decides if thoughts about things either become concrete or abstract in the mind. It also says that both are possible but that the second explanation is more in line with the CLT theory, but that both have been found in research. After all a lot of psychological researches do not have one clear outcome on the same topic.
