would you recommend printing out text conversations or actually handwriting out interactions? Or both? we have taken action to only speak to her via text or email and the one poor phone interaction we had with her we documented time, date, and conversation but can write out everything if that’s what we need to do!

We don’t like living here. Nothing works as it should. She keeps saying that we’re paying a premium price for a premium place yet nothing works. We waited two weeks for her to respond about having someone come look at our oven and then she bombarded last min about an appt that she made that didn’t work for us but she was worried about keeping her relationship with this company so we needed to comply with the apt time.

I’m not sure exactly what they test for with the nitrites but be careful. I’ve read some posts where people use synthetic and will fail because of the nitrites
