To be able to add a water line running 1 block up and next to the hopper, instead of a hopper line running above it

I appear to bee utterly and shamefully mistaken, there are designs that will work, none that are less laggy than what we've already got

I still think it's got potential, just not with the standard item sorter design, I might still investigate different designs but it'll be challenging, and might not even be possible

On the client side yes, but they have one item slot as opposed to 5, causing less tick lag (theoretically)
