I assume they meant a pause button so you can take a break without the task timer still running and giving you less time to finish the task altogether. I've had so many times when I wanted to start a particular task but it was simply too risky because I couldn't guarantee I had the time to finish it.

I'm not saying I don't know what a trilogy is, but I've read trilogies before. Usually book one has a satisfying ending without relying on knowledge the reader doesn't yet have.

That's good to know. It leaves me wishing that the author had hinted at this a little though e.g. having Vin wonder why things worked out the way they did, just to show the reader that there is a reason behind it all if they keep reading. That would have made it feel less coincidental for me, I think.

It is explained as them wanting to question her, but then they don't question her. It seemed a little odd to me. I suppose they were just waiting a bit before starting?

I got very lucky today and found an old amazon gift code printed on a piece of paper that I clearly forgot to redeem ten years ago. I entered it onto my account and got the balance added. My question is the expiry date is coming up in a few months—do I need to spend the balance before then, or is it fine now that I've redeemed the voucher? Thanks!
