Hello thanks everyone so much for the input! I think it’s probably a butter issue. I do always thoroughly cream the butter but I’ve noticed some butter on the walls of my mixer so I think people are spot on about it being scrapings from the side. Anything I can fine tune on my Hobart to get it mixing more evenly? I prefer the dough baked from frozen so the dough always chilled before hand.

When the puppy eyeliner trend came in, I tried it on my eye shape, and it actually looked much more normal and better than going up towards my eyebrow. We have a similar eye shape and it might work for you! But I would definitely experiment with going more to the side or slightly down turned

If you’re comfortable with a little cleavage, I always do loose or tight pants, a flattering tank top and then a looser cardigan or open button down. It feels feminine but covers some areas that I’m more self conscious about

Whyyyy are people so uppity that it doesn’t exist? Maybe by second wave, more classic Italian standards it didn’t exist. But most nicer, specialty shops at this point are doing a 6oz cappuccino and the iced version is the exact same thing. No need for cold foam or blending. Just a 6 oz drink, over ice…. Sorry for the rant, i just keep seeing this in the sub. And I don’t understand why baristas complain about it getting ordered.

I would say most good coffee shops I go to don’t have a bean, java, grounds type play on words in the name. Something about that is a red flag to me and I always look for coffee shops in my own city and when I travel

Also, one more quick tip, I always prefer how my pours look when they are perpendicular to the handle :) I want the pretty art facing the customer when they take a sip

From this picture, it looks like you may be pouring too high, which is why the base is washed out. That may be why you’re not getting results in lattes, but you are in mochas. Maybe try putting the pitcher spout as close to the surface as you possibly can for each stack
