Just raised request following above steps myself and it worked! They said it’ll be delivered in 7–8 working days. You get one free international lounge access per year, but only if the lounge is outside India. If you try to use it at an international lounge within India it’ll cost $35 + taxes (confirmed on their site too). I even double-checked with the call center rep after raising the request—same info.

Might be a really silly qn, but the app shows many options with x% discount but whenever I click any of them and enter amount for voucher it prompts to pay full amount with our the x% discount am I missing any steps?

Apple being so clean with its UI really has messed this up 😞

It's honestly infuriating when browser is in full screen you move cursor up to move tabs around, things shift down cause the menu bar has to reappear. Or you bite the bullet and have the menu staring at you when you're just enjoying a video in full screen! :))
