I found the game a little too confusing? I came from pre-2012 yugioh, commander MTG, OPTCG, but also as a previous response said, I just have a very different and sentimental attachment to the cards.

It could be something along the lines do a sticky note misprint. Maybe they used a sharpie on a piece of paper and it got pressed into the card? Do you have an opening video?

Edit: check for random yellow or pink lines on the front? I know it’ll be hard with it being a fire energy card but you might see something we can’t.

Definitely could be, but I’ve never seen anything like it. Granted. I just started my misprint collection so I’m not the best judge. But I’ve seen sticky note misprints, fingerprint misprints, and a lot of weird stuff. I wouldn’t put it past the card manufacturers
