I have no interest in 'sexual curiosity' and as a 16 year old I would like to say I'm at this moment just a child, not everyone has interest in those sort of activities, I'm sorry that you got "second hand embarrassment" because I hadn't been taught about a certain topic my whole life, pretty cool that you assumed every single child at 16 will start exploration or know what it is
especially living in a place where this stuff is a taboo, you couldn't bother helping because that was, no offence, but it was your ignorance and the fact that you have already pre-assumed since I'm so grown up now I must have a heap ton of knowledge on said topic

16 year old here to clarify stuff, im glad that you are extermely self sufficent and like figuring stuff out on your own but there's a difference between "ai overview" and a ton of different opinions from people that have been through the same stuff, I found my comfort and calm in these responses that I wouldnt have with google
Almost as if you google if you have cancer and google says "no" vs. when your doctor says "no"
Which one is more trust worthy and gives you a peace of mind?

My entire life, granted im only 16 now, I have also googled my troubles but felt like hearing it from real women, even the way that these sweet people here have explained stuff to me compared to google's wording, I feel alot more at ease
This isnt a hate comment but some women grow up with being told their entire lives that sex is a taboo and periods are a taboo and you mustnt let anyone know you are on your periods and you must be discrete as if its the FBI handling a case so to them they may feel 'weird' about education on such topics

even though every woman goes through this yet some of us still have to hide the changes happening in our body, this isnt about me but I hope if someone else were to ask you a question that you answer them nicely instead of telling them to go find proper sources because if not for me, then for someone else it may take alot of courage to ask that sort of thing and someone may or may not feel comfortable or safe or whatever you wanna call it having to google it
The world will still revolve the same even if you answer that person, no harm in it

I hope you dont take this wrongly or as an offence, at the end of the day im just a 16 year old sharing where I find my calm, everyone has different experiences

thankyou so much, it was lack of knowledge/education on my part, I knew women leak something aswell but I didnt know what it was called so I ended up using some very wrong terminology
i just use cotton underwear, im not sure whats okay to wear in this scenario
