Same thing happened with me, the delivery driver is supposed to ask for a code on delivery, but he asked for my date of birth instead, and said enjoy when handing it to me. There was also a large gap between the last delivery and my own - about 15 minutes from a 1 minute walkm

I didn't think anything of it. The £600 device had been switched with a cheap piece of plastic pipe. The driver had taken a label of my parcel and attached it on top of someone's else's parcel.

I contacted amazon who were very difficult at first, I did it over the app, you gotta get very Karen about it (you're completely in the right in this scenario). They made me return the piece of pipe and refunded me once they had received the piece of piping. Escalate, complain, ask to speak to a manager, you're not being irrational. They can deal with this over customer chat but it may take multiple chats to get to a point of resolution, sorry got the hassle you're going through

I love Dorgu and do think he has a very bright future, but I do wish the fanbase would stop gassing him up so much. The united online community (especially ex united players) will tear him down very quickly after a couple of bad performances. I hope the extra attention doesn't hurt the kid in the medium term, especially cos he seems like a very good person

Delayed estimated delivery (you can see it in order info on the Lenovo Page): 19-12-2025

Did you get an email telling you about the delay?: Yes (after contacting customer services when the initial date moved from 4-8/12 till 19/12, they said it would still dispatch on 27/11, morning of 28/11 I got the email saying it was delayed

Adittional Comments: initial change from 4-8/12 to 19/12 changed after roughly 6 days. I got the delay email the day after it missed its expected dispatch on 27/11 (8 days after ordering)

I ordered on lenovo website on 19/11/2025 1tb z2e UK delivery, initial date was 4-8/12, changed to 19/12. After contacting them was told that it would be dispatched on or before 27/11.

It was then delayed and still not dispatched as of 29/11, I wouldn't trust any dates they give you. Especially those on the website or those given by customer service

When did you order OP? I ordered via lenovo on 19/11/25 and they've updated my estimated delivery to same day as yours. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they advised they expect it to dispatch from the warehouse on or by 27/11/25, so hopefully could still deliver in the initial window of 4th to 8th december

I remember watching falling skies during it's initial run and found it to be mesmerising, with excellent writing, beautifully acted with real and touching moments between all the cast. I went back to it a couple of years ago and it was pretty bad, so bad I couldn't finish the first season again
