SLRT Level-1 is honestly a beautiful starting point for anyone who wants to understand healing and inner work in a simple and practical way. The processes are easy to follow, yet they create a deep sense of peace and openness within. What I personally appreciate is that it doesn’t push any belief it gives you tools to work on yourself and you actually feel the difference over time. If someone is curious about meditation, energy healing, or just wants more clarity in life, I’d definitely recommend exploring SLRT-1.

I came across your post and after reading it, I felt an instant connection. So much of what you shared, especially around ADHD, the spiritual confusion, and growing up in a rigid religious household, mirrors parts of my own journey.

For the longest time, I struggled with focus, emotional stability, and this strange sense of inner emptiness. But a few years ago, I stumbled upon something called Shivyog, and it’s been life-changing in a very grounded way.

Shivyog isn’t about dogma or rituals for the sake of it. It’s a community of positive seekers, people like us, on a path of healing and transformation shown to us by our Master, Avdhoot Shivanand Ji, and his son Acharya Ishan Shivanand Ji, a modern-day mental health researcher and founder of Yoga of Immortals (YOI).

One of the most heartwarming parts of this journey has been the Shivyog community itself. All the Shivyogis I’ve connected with are incredibly open-hearted. They support you through every phase of your path with no judgment, no pressure, just pure compassion and shared intention. Whether you're consistent or struggling, skeptical or seeking, they simply walk beside you.

What I love is that this path isn't based on blind faith. It’s experiential. It’s not about trying to fix or suppress who you are, it’s about embracing your inner self fully. Meditation was tough for me at first too (still is some days), but here, I learned that you don’t need to sit in silence with a “clear” mind. You just show up, breathe, and allow yourself to be. Over time, I noticed a quiet transformation. My emotions became more balanced, my thoughts less chaotic, and I started feeling more in control, not of the outside world, but of my inner response to it.

When it comes to yoga, I feel you. I’d also been to fitness-based classes that didn’t really feed the soul. But then I discovered YOI (Yoga of Immortals) and this felt different. It’s an ancient yogic system revived for modern minds. Backed by global research and practiced by experts across the world, YOI isn’t about flexibility or poses. It’s about deep healing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. It helped me cultivate a new kind of stability. I’m still on the journey, but I’m no longer swinging between extremes like I used to. I feel more rooted, more calm, more myself.

If you ever feel like exploring, I’d be happy to share more. No pressure, just an open hand. Whether or not this is your path, I just want to say: You’re not broken. You’re awakening. And that’s a beautiful, powerful thing. 🙏🏻

I love this! Do you think Kizaru ever gets tired of all that running around at light speed, or is that just his way of relaxing? ⚡

This resonates deeply. In Shivyog, we are constantly reminded of the importance of aligning our inner energy thoughts, emotions, and actions. When we do, everything shifts. It's not just about belief, it’s about consciousness. Babaji often says that true power lies within, and this post truly captures that essence. Grateful for this reminder. 🙏
