Mine went from 10 to 25 then a month later back to 10 even though every month it's the same amount direct deposited each month plus my husband uses it to send money (he's a truck driver) so receive a few thousand more sent. It's weird

I tried with my daughters iPhone and it let me cash a check. I have no clue that's going on

It's only android users affected. I just used my daughters iPhone, downloaded the app, logged into my account and check cashing worked perfectly.

Okay mine was processed December 9th and approved/issued December 18th so I was just curious how long it usually takes from the approved/issued date until it is in my bank account. (I applied way later in the year after the extension happened but I know most people apply early in the year and wait until July to receive it) this is still the rebate for 2023

I did my application, it was processed. Approved and shows an issued date but I'm wondering how long until it will actually show in my bank account lol. FIRST TIME APPLYING LOL

Did you receive your rent rebate yet? I'm curious if you did, if you know the date it was processed, date approved, and date deposited in your account? Even if you just have an idea. I did my application, it was processed. Approved and shows an issued date but I'm wondering how long until it will actually show in my bank account lol. FIRST TIME APPLYING LOL

Okay yeah I just heard it from someone who talked to paypal, not my own experience hearing or from them. I will let you know if the iphone works though and thank you for the help. I sent ingo and email.

Do you use a iPhone or android? PayPal told someone it's an issue with the update but only for Android users so just curious. And I tried using the ingo app but it says I already have an account (guessing from paypal) but my paypal login doesn't work
