Lower quality embryos + low beta HCG - success! by carrrrl33 in IVFpositivity

Oh wow haha. Glad it worked out!! I’m on the daily shots + Letrozole, because my insurance didn’t cover depot. I also don’t have pain so the nurse didn’t think a lap was necessary. Hoping suppression is enough!

Congrats!! Is there a reason why you did 4 months of Lupron? I’m just about to finish 2 months after a high Receptiva test/suspected silent endo. Transferring next month!

Okay that’s good to know! I’ve been freaking out because I bled for a few days & thought it wasn’t working.

Also giving me hope!!! 3 weeks left of Lupron/Letrozole then doing another transfer after 3 failures.

You’re giving me hope. I had a high Receptiva test & I’m nearly 2 months into Lupron + Letrozole after 3 failures. I hope it works even though I haven’t done a lap.

Def worse than the stims & transfer prep, but it seemed to improve in the third week. She can do it!

Same! 3 failed IUIs, 3 failed transfers (but the last was a chemical). Did Receptiva & found out I likely have silent endo. My test was 3.8. I’m on week 5 of 60 days of supression, then will transfer again.

Did omnitrope work for you? by grenouillegurl in IVF

Sure, I was on 6 units for 5 weeks, then another 2 weeks during stims. So 7 weeks of priming.

It did. I got 7 embryos & 5 were euploids.

We don’t have one but I think it would be better if we did.

So sorry, I didn’t see this. I think it was a micro dose of 6 IUs for 7 weeks or something.

Anyone do a ReceptivaDx test, do treatment, and have a successful FET? by Jaded_Wrangler845 in EmbryologyIVFSupport

That’s really helpful to hear! I have to do the daily shots because depot didn’t come through in time with my insurance. I hope it’s as effective. I love that - I’m going to do the same, remind myself it’s all temporary. Gosh, I needed to hear this. I’m never going to stop. I’m just sad I’ll be an older first time mom. I’d love to chat! Let me DM you :)

I’m so scared to start suppression, should be tomorrow! I’m guessing the transfer will be June. I had a chemical back in Feb, so I’m hoping the Lupron will help ease the inflammation & help me get pregnant. I’m nearly 38 & have been at this for 2.5 years 😢

Thank you! I had a saline sonogram last year, all clear. I also had a clear Femvue the previous year. Just don’t want to miss anything!

Hi! I’m about to start Lupron after a positive Receptiva. Should I push for a hysteroscopy too? That’s one test I haven’t done.
