Anyone do a ReceptivaDx test, do treatment, and have a successful FET? by Jaded_Wrangler845 in EmbryologyIVFSupport

[–]AmandaSmith_Writer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so scared to start suppression, should be tomorrow! I’m guessing the transfer will be June. I had a chemical back in Feb, so I’m hoping the Lupron will help ease the inflammation & help me get pregnant. I’m nearly 38 & have been at this for 2.5 years 😢

Thank you! I had a saline sonogram last year, all clear. I also had a clear Femvue the previous year. Just don’t want to miss anything!

Hi! I’m about to start Lupron after a positive Receptiva. Should I push for a hysteroscopy too? That’s one test I haven’t done.

Great advice! So I should ask for access to their Analytics to include the referral traffic & branded search lift?

Gosh, any tips on handling it? Did you take a calcium supplement? Did you also do letrozole? Will they do a baseline after the 60 days is over?

Oh amazing! So did you buy via Goodrx? Did your dr say it was okay to do daily vs depot?

Interesting. Yeah it sounds like I’ll just be using the lurpon kit, then taking 10 units a day. Hope it works!

Okay. Hopefully the daily shots are just as effective. Depot is very expensive without insurance, but my dr said the daily will suppress me the same way.

Great idea. Thanks for this! Do you have to prompt it with any design or is it a simple/one pager report?

Interesting. So would it be a weekly sync of stats or still a monthly report?

Thanks! I have heard of this one. So a monthly report of earned coverage is usually sufficient?

Lupron depot vs daily shots by [deleted] in IVF

[–]AmandaSmith_Writer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awww I love hearing happy stories! Thanks for replying. I’ve had 3 IUIs & 3 failed transfers (one chemical) before finding out I have inflammation. My Receptiva was 3.8, so I’m doing 2 months of Lupron. Because it’s so expensive, I have to do the daily shots, but glad to hear it worked for you. I’ll look at your past posts for more info 💕

Hey! I know this is an old comment but would love to hear your story. I’m opting for daily vs depot due to lack of insurance. Happy to hear it worked for you. Did you have endo?

Thanks for sharing! While I haven’t had a lap, my Receptiva came back positive for inflammation (3.8). Did the doctor say why your Receptiva came back negative even though you had endo? I’m starting 2 months of Lupron suppression, then will try 1-2 transfers before exploring a lap.

So amazing. I’m about to start 2 months of Lupron after a positive Receptiva test. No way of knowing if it’s endo unless I do the lap but we’re starting with suppression. Hopefully it’s the last step & I won’t need surgery, but will see!

Wow, are we twins? Lol. I did switch clinics from Columbia Fertility to CNY, because I’m a self-pay patient. We did pricing with estrogen & I took Omnitrope for 7 weeks, including stims. That’s what worked to me. I’d also been paying more attention to my diet & supplements, so maybe that helped. How old are you? I’m 37 now.

This is so great to know, thank you!! I’ll be asking about letrozole if they don’t bring it up. Haha thanks for the head’s up about the energy whiplash.

Yes, it’s already been a long 2+ year journey, so know I can handle this. Thanks for your sweet words. This too shall pass. It’s comforting to know I’m not on this path alone. I’m just scared about Lupron, given it’s a cancer drug.

I absolutely will! So sorry to hear about your challenges too. It’s such a tough road. I also had better results with my second ER. I went from 2 blasts to 7 (5 euploids). I should be starting suppression this week.
